@Mark F.I’ve heard rumors that out of country investors are scooping these up left and right while inner city residents flee.

There are deals available no matter the market rumors, you just have to look.

We found that out today, we really liked a property and our agent told us that the township is rumored to be cracking down on STRs.

We changed our mindsets for a variety of reasons some of them being: the pandemic, restrictions of STR with the towns (rumor is Bella Vista is next), as well seeing the market becoming flooded. 

Dig a pond and put canoes in it for rent, make the pond only 3 feet deep and spread rumors among the glampers that it's filled with sharks, piranha fish, and alligators.

Rumor is it was a meth lab that went to flames. 

Great Depression. market disruptions. a trillion dollars a year deficit spending. rumors. panics. personal bankruptcy. a lot of other unexpecteds. 

I’ve heard rumors this could be getting updated but I can’t find any information of that online.

But then rumor is they can shadow ban you.
