I probably not think anyone was trying to skate by the policy as they probably don't know what the policy is.

I am going to see if I can find it, but I saw a video on YouTube that took home prices since 1890 until now adjusted them for inflation and plotted them into one of those Roller Coaster game makers.It has its usual ups and downs but then from 1999 to now it just went way up.

It is a roller coaster, but the fundamentals are there for significant gains for the foreseeable future.

That usually means mini blinds, but occasionally will mean a roller shade or even some type of sheer curtains in unusual situations.

trials and tribulations of the sub 1000 a month renter.. its never ending .. never will end and will always be a roller coaster.you can get the good one.. but generally speaking these are life long renters.. 

I really believe that while an agent should be very knowledgeable about the real estate market....you should also have a great connection with that person because its going to be a fun/scary/emotional/weird/crazy/hectic time and you want to be able to ride that roller coaster with someone you generally like and can stand putting up with numerous showings and phone calls and texts.

Since I dived into real estate investing this spring, I have been on a non-stop learning roller coaster.

I currently have 2 properties that are being rented without loans and recently closed on a business LOC so I have a cash flow source for flips instead of the cash roller coaster I was operating on.If it gives you comfort in owning a property outright, go for it. 

I know they aren't the same, but what about the roller blinds?
