Since the wiring is on top of the current plaster I need to either run the wire inside the plaster wall before drywalling (preferred) or just have the surface wire re-installed after the drywall is installed.Any ideas of approximate costs for running existing wiring inside plaster? 

The other time, the leak was fixed by removing the gas fitting on the regulator and reinstalling it with some fresh pipe compound (only cost me the drive).

In order to get the new dishwasher in, I had a handyman remove the front wooden lip of a tile counter, and plane the wood underneath the tile in order to make just enough room, and then reinstall the lip.Also pay attention to drawer and cupboard door clearance if the dishwasher is in a corner.

I did this in a college rental basement because we will do a major rebuild and when we do we can take it out and reinstall.  I

We've also had the app randomly drop certain features (like the entire "spa" button on the app) after the main unit in the house was accidentally unplugged.....forcing us to uninstall and re-install the app while testy guests look over our shoulder.

pull the meter to prevent getting electrocuted, label and disconnect the wires, remove old panel, install new panel, reinstall the wires, reattach meter, turn on the main breaker and hold your breath..

We reused the same molding -- I painted the pieces, he reinstalled them.
