I presently have a negative cash flow  in all 3 properties but am more interested in paying off the mortgages early to reap rewards later.Any thoughts?

I sacrifice today in order to reap the rewards in the future. 

To me the rewards do not come close to outweighing the negatives in this situation.

Overall, managing an apartment with Section 8 tenants can be super rewarding, but it takes careful planning to keep things running smoothly and profitable.

What I can share is that the risk-reward will not be worth it as a 'newbie' due to your limited capital and inability to actively manage your properties. 

I'll also check with the city on any potential liens, I think any inspection would have to be done after my $15k deposit so it would be a high risk, high potential reward type deal, and there is a 15+ bids already.

Real estate often rewards patience, and holding in a market like this can allow you to build wealth steadily as property values grow.
