With a bandit sign, the critical elements are that it's concise (can be read quickly), is viewable and readable (i.e. big sign by slow-moving/stopped traffic); and is eye-catching (think colors here: yellow background w/ black letters ALWAYS catches my eye when driving whereas white sign don't necessarily do so).Where unique becomes critical is in direct mail.

Doesnt help I've always hated Intuit (the parent company)I personally like Buidiums features and it makes it easier to figure out what expenses are tied to what property and I've got 7 years of history in there as well.Just takes me a click of a button when all books are updated to get income statements done, profit/loss, look at the ledger (in a much more readable format than QB in my experience) look at an individual properties performance etc.Has anyone on BP actually used Buildium's full blown accounting features, tracking mortgages, depreciation etc?   

Same for plumbers, I can send them a pic of the water heater installation (usually with the model tag readable) or other pertinent information for the task at hand.

It made it more user friendly and readable.

Very knowledgeable inspectors and incredibly readable reports (I would know since I used to work for them)!  

It's not perfect as some rows have missing data so the columns don't line up perfectly, but it's a lot better readable format than the DAT file.

now you have the issue of making it readable and understood by the average person.

See, carrot sites aren't some magic little thing that gets you ranked.There are many aspects of the final score that will have Google place you on the web.Backlinks, readability of your site, internal linking, external linking, web presence, Site speed, security, and more...All of these metrics will get you a score.

Try reposting with paragrahs, so it can be readable and hopefully, someone will respond.
