Is the service much different since Cozy merged with apartments.com?

As a property manager in Savannah, GA who has been hosting these guests for longer than 7 years, I’ve spoken publicly many times on the lack of concern about guests becoming squatters.

I did all of my loans with small local banks in my area and was always happy with the rates and service.

I loathed those things in the service.

I do understand being selective on the type of buisness you take, but as an agent we still have a fiduciary duty to our clients to make sure they receive the level of service this price requires. 

Boosting your score doesn’t take long, and there are services that can review your credit history and help you increase it within a couple of months. 

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

Adding extra income streams, like charging for utilities or offering laundry services, can also help improve cash flow.
