While people still want nice bathrooms the jacuzzi tub is a lot less prevalent. 

Many real estates specialists totally neglect to perceive the prevalent advantages that accompany owning area in its raw structure.

Bob, you keep posting about SF....but you fail to mention anything about the rent controls that are wildly prevalent there.

Hopefully the criteria above will help identify specific areas in the greater Cincinnati area where rentals are prevalent and where there's a good market for rental homes.

@J ScottI am not nearly as experienced as you are so I assume this exists in another market but so far I have not seen it to such a great extent:1) Because vacancy is almost non-existent and costs are so high I have seen people do things in NYC that are probably not as prevalent elsewhere.

So you could be shooting yourself in the foot with a Pic--you never know.I just can't see a photo being any benefit to a buy/sell situation--A good strong offer and the ability to close is what it takes.It may or may not be legal, but your agent doesn't seem to want to open any can of worms with it--(err's on cautious side).Just my 2 cents.Scott this was very prevalent in Oregon with an older grandma and grandpa type seller. 

However, this siding is still prevalent on many homes.

For example, drywall became prevalent after ww2 and into the 1950’s and 60’s but before that lath and plaster were the norm.
