Those are generally at least 1 of the following:1) Where they currently live2) Where they grew up3) Where they currently have family/friends living (if not included in #1 or #2)4) And as a last resort, an area where they like to travel/vacation frequently

I personally think it's here to stay.However, wait till big money players find a way to profit from a sharp drop.

I should mention the property is in Winter Park, Colorado near the ski resort.

I mean, it's always done differently, but it's the same script just different players.  

Perhaps they are scared of other bad players stealing their info?

It'll give you so much clout.When you are seen as a player and someone who closes on deals, that's when the calls come.
