You are correct they handle by PM company liability I have prudential personal liability.OK, yeah, and they (Coterie) doesn't offer commercial umbrella insurance (or personal) so I was concerned you might not be covered correctly.You have a personal liability umbrella through Prudential?

It has been a huge point of concern for large investors as they want to hedge risk and co-living is a complete unknown. 

I would be more concerned with govmit job layoffs in areas that are heavy to federal employees..

For property management, I have concerns on them actually adding value for what I am paying them for.
