Another thing, the threads move down the forums rather quickly because it's so busy, so the odds of your post being seen for long by very many people is minimal.

I'm all over areas with at least 50k people (Loveland, CO), but also places with a 1M+ (El Paso) and Large Areas like The Greater Denver Area. 

There's a standard syndication that goes out to sites like Zillow, Redfin etc that is included when it is listed in the MLS; hence why people can find properties from across the country. 

We are from there originally and travel to the area to see family and the explosion of the number of people traveling to the Hocking Hills has made it the 3rd most visited place in the state of Ohio behind Cedar Point, Kings Island. 

You get to show buyers the same models over and over and do not take people all over town.

The issue is that you cant cold call people in New York 

I am a wholesaler out of Maryland looking to start content creating on my journey, looking to connect with some people that do the same type of thing.

People will forever say “avoid Detroit” or good luck cash flowing….
