In order to only pay Indiana state income tax and not CA, we were going to create an administrative management company to operate it in CA that would handle our CA employees/office/ marketing operations, etc... but it looks like there were some changes to nexus laws that focus on point of sale to source the business.

The dryers had a coin slot, but the washers took more money and had a coin slide device.Someone figured out early that year that if you put quarters in every slot of the coin slide and pushed the coins halfway in, just short of the point when the coins fell through the slots in the device, and then put all your weight on the slide and physically yanked the slide out again, the washer would turn on and you would get a free cycle without paying.

I would say 70% of our tenants here in Connecticut pay through our website and the other 30% either mail payment to our office or drop it off at our office in the rent slot.

Net effect will be the same, but you're freeing up a Fannie Mae "number of financed properties" slot every 7-8 years instead of every 20 years.
