Naturally, there is a higher return with higher risk and vice versa.

Today’s buyers want spaces that flow naturally and maintain functionality.

Natural appreciation usually takes holding the property for at least a few years (just depending on what the RE market does going forward).  

We are seeing big increases in HI because of the natural disasters in FL, CA, etc.

I recommend homing in on what MOST vacationers are looking for in a specific market and try to find properties that have natural features/amenities that are scarce.  

Overall, these measures underscore the federal government’s effort to alleviate the financial strain on those affected by natural disasters.

I don’t necessarily love working with numbers,  but I realize it’s the nature of the beast.   

. - Many areas around the country allow for ADU Construction - house-hackers enjoy similar benefits to remodeling projects by being naturally on-site for ADU construction. 

Additionally, I understand the risks associated with obtaining hard cash and working with hard money lenders, including higher interest rates due to the short term nature of the loan as well as the risk involved.
