Does glued down vinyl hold up better if there is a water spill or a leak or will it lift and bubble or deform from water?

Some boards are like concrete with a photo attached while a few still have some flexibility which helps avoid locking issues when going over unlevel substrates.When you charted info regarding sunrooms and gluing down click lock, this can be a two edged sword.

We're looking at ones in Mount Vernon and North Liberty.

The flooring is ready to be replaced and I have considered having LVP installed but wonder should it be glued or free floating or should LVP be avoided altogether in this instance?

Not a huge a mount of cash flow and since only 1 property, want to minimize the fees as much as possible but also setup a process that can grow with me.  

Hi Roee, right now the fastest growing neighborhoods of Pittsburgh are Ambridge, Bellevue, the Hilltop neighborhoods (including Allentown and Mount Oliver), North Point Breeze and Etna. 

Grading slopes toward the house, all plumbing is glued together, breaker box has double tapped wires, drywall is shotty, septic didn't perk but he put one in anyway, etc...My question is this:  With a home like this that could sell quickly once I make a few more repairs, would it be better to sell it outright or hang onto it for a long term rental?
