Copies of Leases: Have you been able to review the actual leases in place to see who is responsible for what?

I own a townhouse in Arbutus MD, and I have been house hacking since this month.

These were financial mistakes we made when we were younger, and unfortunately, they snowballed over time.We currently rent but own a rental property out of state that cash flows $600/month and has about $190,000 in equity.

The ADU will bring in around $2800 net per month.

I have a client who wants to rent his home for 30 days or more, but not full year leases, just a few months at a time.

I've seen lot rents from $150 per month for low end trailer park trash, $350 to $450 for higher end parks depending on the amenities offered.

So, if the total payment was  2500 you would only need to cover 1000 dollars a month with your income.
