A Land Trust is meant to add a layer of anonymity, but it does not grant a legal barrier to prevent the court from inquiring on the beneficiaries of the Trust.

Layer on better quality tenants and there are a lot of missed opportunities focusing on metrics that present favorably on a spreadsheet in the lower tier markets.

I had 2 STRs during Covid and they were both slammed with people wanting to get out of the big cities with the hordes of people, and away from all the mask regulations, restaurant closures and all that.
