Hello again BP,I was thinking of going with Go to first realty to mange my property have any of you guys/girls worked with them before?

Thats the reason I was pointing to my thought - maybe the current owners are unable to mange the escalating taxes hence selling.

Avoid agents who are also property managers, as this is a conflict of interest to you, the buyer.If you really cannot/do not want to mange yourself, Evolve is a great option.

Right now I mange our units, and my husband (contractor) manages the upkeep and maintenance as it comes.

@Brian LauchnerYes property in an IRA can be manged by the IRA participant provided he or sh does not receive compensation for doing so.Managing the property is not a sweat equity function which is the key distinction.

We mange many in Desert Shores/surrounding areas and they get A+ tenants and stay occupied.

However, if you go in via a referral then it's not just your property they are connecting to your name it's also the person who referred you to properties they are connecting to your name (assuming that person has their property manged by the same company). 

It all comes down to being able to effectively mange the property and attract stable tenants.
