Hi all,

Thanks for the welcome! I am in Pittsburgh, PA and looking to raise money for a few deals on Brownsville road - specifically in the Mt. Oliver business district. I have 7 rental units currently and want to move into mixed use commercial (specifically empty ones).

All advice appreciated,
