Some people loathe all kinds of debt, regardless of terms and what it is. 

It's tough, because there is so much information readily available online, I loath the idea of taking classes. 

(though I LOATHE that I have to call them up to change certain things on the listing)  As it is, it's a ton of work for me, a clumsy and tedious interface, and fees out the wazoo just so they can post my listing?  

For comparison, I once worked a job supporting crappy software and I loathed it to the same degree, I now work a job developing awesome stuff and there's so much more gratification.

It's a strategy I implemented for a while but grew to loathe.

That being said, I am loath to advise anyone to sell assets off especially in process areas and when there are simply better income options.

Some of the things that are proposed are going to be wildly unpopular in both red and blue states and reps and senators are going to be loathe to have to defend them in the midterms. 

My bag packing sales price would have to far exceed the market value because I have so much stuff I would be loathe to move.
