This shout out is a bit overdue, but I'd like to give a huge thanks to @Edward Schenkel for speaking with me on the phone earlier this month about some  real estate legal questions I had.

We had our attorney terminate the MTM, so she quickly offered via our attorney to pay the $130 she held back for cleaning, her MD copays & meds, also pay the rent overdue for that month.

@Vanessa Switzler recommend checking out Detroit market.The recent NFL Draft, US Census Bureau finally recognizing the city population is growing (has been for 4+ years) and the fact that Detroit beat out Miami for highest appreciation in 2023 is attracting a lot of over-due attention.Already $4.5B of recent investment commitments and counting!

Limited requires court approval of the sale and will be a lengthy process.

After a lengthy zoom call, I can finally say that I felt heard and cared about by the company.

I learned to not have lengthy conversations with tenants (especially when talking about an issue).

When you know you've made a new contact with good synergy, its not the worst thing to have a lengthy convo and limit time for more introductions.What I do to bypass small talk is ask - "how did you hear of this event?"
