Maybe I could have invested earlier and lengthened my payoff to take advantage of better returns, but for me, my path was worth it purely from a mentality standpoint.

I've had too many attorneys in the past lollygag and lengthen the process by filing follow up motions two weeks after they could have filed.

Having 1/2 the paperwork or just telling them what the ARV is without an appraisal etc. will just lengthen the process (that is what we see the most often).
