I asked this question before and got nothing but one response from a park owner who felt it necessary to lecture me on the need to abide by the rules of the park.

Then spends an hour lecturing & showing my wife how to mud drywall corners.Plumbing inspector arrives wearing a distinctive but impressive pro-Trump & NRA tee shirt & passes all but the shutoffs to the upper floor 1/2 bath as they require bleeders.

This is a good lecture to listen to.

Well it certainly has been a while since we had the hyperinflation is just around the corner lecture on the board.

Going back to the learning methods (about 10 different ways) the bottom two are listening to a lecture on the topic and reading about it.

In short, you get an extra long lecture on commitment and on how they work in creative real estate vs traditional real estate investing, how it is NOT open enrollment (they supposedly only allow one person per area unless it is a very large area), you get a couple questionnaires, and they review your responses and get back to you whether you are good to move forward or not. 

Lucky for me, my girlfriend suggested me that there is a lecture about how to be a landlord.
