Since the yard is already rough, I would keep the shed and see how it works out.Consider adding something to the lease that permits you to remove it from the property if it becomes problematic.

Here's a little background on Tenant situation...has 2 or 3 young kids, an adult sister, an aunt with her male friend and the lessee has a male friend, that all appears to live in the apartment but aren't on the lease.

Tenants should pay for that.My lease considered normal to be a few items hung using 1" nails or smaller.
