house was built half way onto my lot.. owner of house went to court he only had to pay what half of the lot was worth at the time.. so no big win.. more like a big hassle

Big, covered, outdoor living areas also appear to be a winning amenity for each home. 

You are doing more good for the community then just posting about your wins!  

In real estate, you experience both wins and losses.True, people can be unpredictable.
