Take if from their security deposit after they are already gone if they leave the place toilet-less, but if you say they are spiteful, the most important thing is to GET THEM OUT before they can inflict any more spite onto you.

It's a nuisance but usually petty in the scheme of things--curse words spray painted on walls, toilets clogged up with toilet paper, holes punched in walls, carpets purposely stained with Kool-Aid, etc...Some (very few--but it happens) will have to be carried out by 911 first responders--either dead from natural causes or from self inflicted reasons (goodbye cruel world kind of stuff).
