The property feels like you are in the jungle yet is on a paved road with high speed fiber optic internet and within walking distance of great restaurants that are owned and operated by entrepreneurs from around the world.

In a more populated market, you will have more people sharing the same internet hub and it can affect your true speeds.

I had the chance to meet him this past weekend at a summit in Virginia, and I found him to be incredibly kind and full of valuable insights.

There are a lot of rough areas here that look good on the internet but the reality on the ground is much different. 

Experts in that area will know, but the internet is a huge tool.
