FHA 203K non-Streamline project... we hired a contractor who's not responsive, they don't follow-up on what they are going to do therefore continuously stalling the project, we haven't started the project, and we need to be completed by 1st week of August.

The combo of rising unemployment, reduced inflation and stalling consumer confidence is lowering yields on the longer end of the curve.

There is a small cafe that opened recently called Iron Horse on Watesessing. 

While the market is stalling a little my wife and I are considering the "Shred Method" to pay off some of these properties faster.
