Thank you for pointing out there are limitations-as you can imagine there are so many heartbreaking stories of people all over Florida being sold a property only to find out 1. they can't rent it for short-term and 2. getting slapped with a ridiculously (and IMO criminal) fine!

I have used credit card services in my other business and have found it heart breaking when after we get the money through the credit card transactions we have to pay the fees, and each week is like a few hundred dollars (a few thousand dollars total all year) and you're thinking wtf this is not worth it!
