Hey Felicia,If you have a genuine reason (increase in family size, relocation, etc.) for a new primary, then an FHA loan could actually be an option. 

The GPs find the best opportunities they can recognizing that the risk/return outlook needs to be able to get LP investors.  

None of the GPs are full time real estate investors.

The only arguments I've genuinely faced against it it are:1) Are you investing the difference.
