Tenants can be frustrating (to say the least)... and the situations that come along with them - from stopped up toilets to evictions, among many others, present challenges.I wouldn't recommend a Heloc for a long term hold as the rate is variable... and over 4 units you will require a commercial loan if going the traditional route of financing.

I have thought about Fundrise (medium success when I invested there), Crowdstreet (I have not invested there but might consider), farmtoghether (20k invested there already) and groundfloor (bad experience so not looking to invest there).Any advice will be appreciated.There is no greater wealth than peace of mind - Buddha - I hear what you are saying with the frustration, I would go the syndication route and park the money there.
