Is the business I work for going to fold?

Many offices will have showers/changing rooms, because workers go to sleep in their car (it's got a fold-out bed in it, right?)

Both loans have high interest (>10% for first timers), require points and/or high down payments, and can have rehab costs folded into the loan, which then requires disbursements of rehab funds during the project (which requires you to pay an inspector and/or a draw fee for the money each time).

MEETING PEOPLE AT THE DOOR When I do an open house I have a folding table set up next to the window in the Kitchen.

We bring a card table, folding chairs, extra applications and a copier to copy ID and paycheck stubs.  

It includes the common repairs we have found -- fist holes, broken bi-fold closet doors, trash left in units (we charge for dump runs).Some localities do not allow LLs to charge for their own labor, some do.  

This is a topic for each investor to cover with prospective management companies before hiring one.I know of at least one management company that recommends the owner pay for the renter's insurance (with the cost folded into the rental rate) and advertise that fact as a marketing matter.

My struggle is two-fold.... 1, finding deals in volume, and 2, my private money lender only has pockets that are so deep, and my lines of credit are small....

seems like one of those folding batons the cops use.. with a taser at the end would work.
