Ok, so I logged back in to the bp site on my lap top and I do see the magnifying glass next to my name.  

I closed the laptop last night and thought I know about what to pay for this, and as long as we come up with a fair payment it's a win all the way around.

You can't do something you're finicky about.

Bob buys a new laptop from Best Buy for $1000  for school, ( a fair price) He gets home and uses it for a week but decides he's not cut out for school) , Bob decides he doesn't need the laptop any more.

Partly due to the property but partly due to a finicky tenant.#2  Property manager tells me the roof needs to be replaced - $4500 costs.At the time of purchase about 1.5 years I got a credit for $2000 for the roof because the inspection said the roof was in poor condition.

Most of my out of the office work can be from a laptop or iPad while watching crappy reality TV so it's not like I'm spending my life "on the job", thankfully.
