It has little or no "real" value in dormant state of equity. 

You would be better with 1 a month that will definitely be shared and read than 3 a week that may lie dormant.

Like all plants mold will die (go dormant) if you eliminate the humidity.

Also keep in mind HML your money turns over quickly you have to be active to be sure you have another qualified borrow lined up needing your money at your terms or else your money just sits dormant between loans, and dormant money is decreasing money.
