When the police catch up to him your cousin is going to say that you told him he could have it for a WEEK not a weekEND and the police won't charge him because you gave him the car to begin with and its difficult or impossible to know what you may have discussed as the terms.

I am guessing stricter privacy laws can make this difficult.

But maintenance of a traditional hot tub isn't that difficult or hard to maintain.

@Joseph BinkowskiDon’t forget that you can now be qualified as an accredited investor by passing the series 65 exam without any income or net worth requirements.It will cost you around $200 to $300 and will be valid for 2 years (unless you can park your license with a financial advisor firm, then it will last as long as you maintain it).It is not a difficult exam and you should be able to pass it with around 40 hours of self study with a good prep book or website.

Careful going outside state lines -- contract for deed is not allowed in Texas.I didn't think COD is illegal in Texas, just perhaps not recommended anymore, because it is difficult to comply with the rules or regulations.
