Charging huge rates if someone is a diabetic or has a disability could very easily get you in hot water.Consider a therapy/service animal the same as any other medical necessity.

I good friend of mine has a 70% disability rating and almost all of his health problems are due to his weight (back, knees, heart, liver, apnea, diabetes) and he was at least 50 pounds overweight and an alcoholic for his last ten years of military service!
