To be or not to be a Real Estae Agent!!
HI guys!! I am starting out, just moved recently from Australia.. So I'm NOT very familiar with Real Estate Lingo nor the areas.. I thought it would be a good idea to do the Real estate licence get familiar with the industry and my area..I have read a lot of advice on doing so.. However I have also heard the opposite.. So my question is if I want to become a RE Investor.. Should I as a beginner do my licence for RE?? and work in the field? Gain experience??? Thanks a bunch
