We have many Doctors, Dentists and others professionals in our investor club that are all similarly challenged with time so choose to invest in syndications.  

Coffee shop, cell phone store, gym, tanning, hair salon, insurance agent, dentist, convenience store, etc.

I know the money directly adds to my local economy, feeds construction workers, even Realtors, pays the bills and provides a living for others, from the dentist to the driver of the garbage truck.

You can attract dentists and doctors that way too, but will require some remodel

Several years ago, I ran a travelling AAU Girls Basketball team and the only parents I had trouble collecting from was a prominent dentist in town.

I have found a few, but the few I did find and wanted to work with stick to their local areas and invest in other states instead of Florida.So, kinda like when you need a good referral for a doctor or a dentist or even a great mechanic.

We have a good lead with a gym and other possible leads with insurance, financial consultants and possibly even a dentist.

Build up a private money network by forming relationships with those with money but no time or relationships you already have (family, friends, associates, doctor, dentist, accountant, attorney, etc.Hard money lenders are also an option for your short term flip deals.

I do have a brother in law who's a dentist in Canada and spends months at a time in Mexico.
