I guess that is why so many people buy lottery tickets, to have a little nicer car to drive to work....I grew up watching my mom carefully invest in stocks that she held for decades and built a nice portfolio with, I could never understand people who would get a bonus and spend it rather then invest it.

If the investor is looking for both appreciation and cash flow; they need to be looking at cities/markets with growth (population and jobs), along with a consistent decrease in crime (all over the past 2 decades). 

I’ve lived in Memphis my whole life, and I’ve been helping investors for decades, so I can tell you that this market is one of the best for out-of-state investors.

A resolution agreement was signed and this investor notated that he was very satisfied with this outcome at that time.In summary, RTR has been on BP for close to a decade now helping investors identify attractive markets across the country and build investment strategies to achieve their goals.

Our agent seems incredibly stressed by it all, she's spent decades building her reputation which is now being dragged down by this guy but I don't know what she can do.
