The fence post are still sturdy.The fence pickets may need to be replace in the near future. 

The current wood picket fence is in very poor condition with sections so rotted that I'm having difficulty screwing in replacement pickets. 

Now,  there is some personal/social trade off (living next door to tenants/not having the cookie cutter house with white picket fence) with this strategy -  in my opinion,  though, that is far outweighed by the the financial advantages.I’d be more than happy to walk you through a few examples to help compare the two paths and ensure you’re making the best decision for you and your family.So, feel free to reach out at any time!

I think everyone has dreams of sitting on a beach drinking Mia Tais or living in a white house with a picket fence without a care in the world.

Connecting with someone who has picket listings off markets deals and all other contacts to help set up your team in Columbus is going to be your best bet at getting a property.

Is the idea that for a "home" I need to have visions of the white picket fence, the dog in the yard, the kids in the pool, and then throw all logic & common sense to the wind?

I use cedar 6ftx6inch wide fence pickets that we sand down & finish with an oil base stain @ $2.25each.

She’s not sold onto the idea, she has the shiny object syndrome and wants the nice single family house with a picket fence.
