#scamThe app has zero secret sauce as to what property has an assumable loan, they just look for any prior VA or FHA mortgage recorded which doesn't mean seller will cooperate.

Bottom line...bolt.Patricia,Thank you for sharing your concerns about the EverSeal system in regards to insurance.We have had success throughout the nation in consulting with insurance underwriters to help them understand the EverSeal system to allow our cooperative client to continue their coverage with their current carrier.This does vary though from carrier to carrier and underwriter to underwriter.
