Probably every dialer company has lists they can sell you.I think it is better to call yourself vs using cold callers. 

For full protection, your mortgage company will likely still require you to carry a landlord or dwelling policy.

If it is indeed less on the other estimates present it to the PM, if they are the same price then you know the PM probably did the same digging to find the right company for the job.

Scott, thought this might be interesting for your company and for use in your training and such.. 

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.
