btw, that room in Seoul would be all that you had, you would have communal showers, communal toilet, communal kitchen etc. with probably 15 other people on your floor.

Guests get a private room and communal kitchen and living/game room.

On top of that, because the property was previously some type of school that students lived in, there seems to be some units that share communal bathrooms and it has this whole communal vibe, which I personally don't mind but again, might hurt my ability to keep vacancies low. 

Neighborhoods are communal places, established by the City for the enjoyment of those who live there. 

We didn't furnish the individual rooms, but as both my business partner and I are living here, communal areas are completely furnished. 

I'm under contract for an apartment that has 20 bedrooms. 15 of which share 3 communal bathrooms and a kitchen and are all upstairs (2 stories total).

. - No communal spaces were affected during the renovation.- The city inspector looked over the work and has said everything is up to code - so no issues there I just have to get the permits processed. 

.- New doors, new windows everywhere- all new plumbing everywhere- Foundation repair for main fourplex -Brick repair for fourplex-Brick and complete exterior painting of all structures-Awning repair-Communal entryway to fourplex remodel -Replace beams for detached unit and replace with one larger beam that allows for 2 full size vehicles to be parked there, then refinish the space with paved concrete and add commercial rollup garage doors to be able to fully secure the spaces.

I guess my question is how would you structure a lease in this situation where they all communally pay for the whole house together, equally, but do not all have equaly "skin in the game" when it comes to security. any feedback would be so appreciated, thank you  

Communal facilities would be provided in the building.
