An eviction on the NOD usually has the owner/landlord's phone number on it, as does a notice of commencement (pulling a permit for repairs on a house)The financial affidavit on a divorce usually includes contact info.

In addition, other costs include fees such as legal and attorney  as well as taxes.And generally the bank does not disclose the upset price although you might check with the sheriff/ referred immediately before sale commencement.
