Our auto coverage is now at an increased level so if this happened today it likely would not result in any involvement of the umbrella policy. 

I'm currently pre-approved but my lender gave me a "mid-level rate" which I believe isn't my actual rate since I haven't chosen a property but me not being as educated on the behalf and thinking it was my actual rate I decided to rate shop a bit.

So far, I've used Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Roomies, Craigslist, and Roomster, and I was able to get some level of interest initially, but haven't had a ton of luck since then, so I'd love to hear some ideas.
