I have a few units in CP and some in the clay/pinson areaIf it is about to have a turn over then raise it to the 900 or better, if they are staying another year I'd raise it 30-35 just enough to make some extra money while not driving them away.

What to look for, where to look and any way that I can check the condition of the slab prior to an official inspection.We will check into the condition of the soil (Clay, Sand etc.) and any noticeable wear and tear on the outside but prior to inspection, are there any red flags I could look for myself or any questions to ask?

A Rooto-type service can cut roots, BUT you can run risk of breaking an old clay sewer line.
