To truly confirm you would need to assess the chronology i.e. building was built in 1962, zoning changed/implemented in 1963, and it has continually been used as a 2 unit since that time therefor it is legal and non-conforming.

The "My discussions" use to take me to a list threads in which I was participating in reverse chronological order by the last post to the thread.The new "My discussions" link seems to take me to the threads I started (which I use to reach from my dashboard).How do I get back to the list of threads in which I am participating???

I would compile them chronologically and show any bids, liens (when possible to find), Bankruptcy stays...time and place of auction....etc I would make it into an easy to read PDF file and send it to him weekly, With a list Of AOM's, so we knew for sure that it was indeed going to auction.
