When we found this deal the community had around 45 homes in it, now we are close to 60 total homes and looking to bring that number up to around 80.

I am currently working on bringing to life a houseboat community in New York.  

I'm not sure if that would bring in enough money but it would certainly make things easier financially speaking while you built up your real estate portfolio. 

We are bringing in brand new fully drywalled manufactured homes ranging from 3 bed/ 2 bath to 2 bed/ 1 bath.

People who have service dogs (or horses, as these are the only 2 service animals) that are genuine have no issue disclosing that on the front end and can answer the 2 questions easily - is the animal necessary for a disability, and what specific tasks has the dog (or horse, if you're getting one of those) been trained to perform? 

I don't think its as easy as people make it out to be. 

Lendbase has a referral fee that they pay any residential brokers that want to bring customers. 

My question is why you want to bring it up to code, other than just to feel good or improve your exit strategy?

This works, but is VERY manual and I'd love to bring some automation to the table.
