My personal experience is the more social the name (meet and greet, any name with brew in the name, etc.) the more inexperienced the attendees.  

Hello everyone, I would like to see if any BPCON21 military attendees would be interested in linking up during the conference. 

Hi there BPCON 2021 attendees,I've gotten a bit anxious as the time nears closer about my BPCON tickets/reservation.

I lead a local REI group, and of 50 regular attendees, only a handful of us have even one property. 

Going to a local REI meetup and asking attendees who they use would work too.

They do a presentation, get everyone excited and then pressure the attendees to make a quick decision while they're still excited by putting a deadline on that guarantee.

I do plan on attending the next REI central meeting, it appears to have a fair amount of attendees.

We'll be asking attendees to pre-register for sessions so we can better gauge interest properly allot classrooms accordingly.We should have longer sessions too, which will allow for deeper dives into the content.As far as timing goes, we will still have a tight schedule between sessions in order to make the most of our time there, but will have ample time for networking in the evenings.
