My tenants moved out at end of August and now I’m deciding on turnover and rent again or renovate and sell.

But refi cash has a tendancy to be more like socks in the dryer than hangers in the closet. 

BFs and GFs have a tendency to split up and leave other holding the bag when it comes to paying the rent.

I used TripAdvisor for awhile and got a handful of bookings through them, but their calendar has a tendency NOT to sync with the others, and I had two double-bookings in one week, for which they charged me $150 each when I had to cancel the bookings. 

We have informed the tenant we will dispose of his belongings at end of the waiting period.  

Purchased couple of duplexes at end of 2017 but havent been able to find anything with 20% ROI (10-15 net ROI) since.
