If Apartment A is a 2-bed/1-bath with a washer/dryer and Apartment B is a 1-bed/1-bath with no washer/dryer, Apartment A should pay a higher rate.

A local property manager will make this much easier and handle the visits for you.Single-family homes can still do well, even with more apartments popping up, as they cater to tenants who want privacy and space.

Most likely those would be smaller apartments, sub 50 units.It is harder to find solid property management on the smaller apartments.

Hello @Timothy Hilario,I think there are benefits to both strategies.If you move out of your apartment and rent it as a mid-term rental, you could see decent cashflow without pulling equity out of the unit.
