I'd rather see a comparison of dollar amounts rather than percentages - they may have similar percents but the absolute dollar amounts should be quite different.

For instance, in my private lending, I dont really give a numerical credit score much weight, but I absolutely look at the composition and history of the individual tradelines on a report if the borrower is a smaller outfit, such as a single member LLC or similar solopreneur-type operator.

No - absolute max for DSCR is 85% LTV and that is extremely rare and typically not workable in this rate environment anyways.Standard/common max is 80% (acquisition and rate-term refinances) and 75% Cash-Out Refis
